There's usually a sticker on the squash. This one says to pierce the rind and microwave for 5-6 minutes per pound, until rind feels soft. Let sit for 5 minutes, cut in half and scoop out seeds. (We usually cut it in half, remove seeds, then microwave. I'll try it their way this time and see. <br /><br />After that you just shred it with a fork, it'll look like spaghetti. Although, I don't use it in place of spaghetti like some people do.
